WHY HAVE MY PHOTOS STOPPED SYNCING?

If you run out of storage space, new photos and videos won’t upload until you free some space or buy more storage. If you have space, make sure iCloud Photos is enabled in Photos > Preferences > iCloud and toggle it off and back on on your iPhone or iPad.
