Make selective adjustments to color balance

-

Another way to target and tweak specific colors is to go to the Color Balance panel and select the “3–Way color” option from the drop–down menu. This gives you access to three color wheels that enable you to independently change the color balance of a shot’s shadows, midtones and highlights. Drag on a control point to shift the color balance of a particular tonal range. Here, we’ve added a warm magenta hue to the highlights while adding a cooler cyan to the midtones and shadows. This produces a creatively graded version of our photo.
