The most “computerized” option, Creative’s Pebble V3 connects to your Mac over USB–C for streaming and power, and a USB–A adapter is also provided. A 3.5mm jack cable connects the second speaker. Lightweight and portable, they fire upwards at a 45 degree angle and use a single 2.25 inch driver in each cabinet. There’s 8W RMS and 16W peak power which is more than adequate considering their size and low price.

You also get Bluetooth 5.0, and a high gain switch which can boost overall volume when powering from computers with 10W USB capability. There’s even an aux input. The company’s “clear dialogue” processing system helps to enhance voices when watching content. The fidelity is never going to match larger speakers, but these definitely punch well above their weight. It seems they were designed to be better for movies and calls than for music playback.
