> SwitchEasy EasyPencil Pro 3
$59.99 From switcheasy.com
Features 10 hour battery life, tilt sensitivity, palm rejection, replaceable tip, magnetic attachment, USB–C
The EasyPencil Pro 3 looks like the Apple Pencil 2 but has a friendlier point and is compatible with all newer iPads. While it’s mostly cylindrical, there is one flat edge to stop it from rolling on a flat surface, and allows it to magnetically attach to your iPad (on Pro models). It features palm rejection, tilt sensitivity, but no pressure sensitivity. Tap the top of the stylus to turn it on. To charge it up, use the included USB cable — 30 minutes gets you 10 hours of use. The nib on this stylus has a fine point, which is accurate enough for writing notes and doing quick sketches. On a protector–less screen, there’s a bit of friction due to the silicon tip against glass, but it’s still smooth overall. SwitchEasy recommends its PaperLike Screen Protector for the best experience. The EasyPencil is cheapest by $10 here.
Bang for buck No pressure sensitivity EXCELLENT
