HOW TO CHANGE THE ORDER OF DATA IN A CSV FILE?

CSV files arrange data in fields separated by commas, with each entry in one line. To rearrange the order of the fields, open the file in a spreadsheet such as Numbers, then drag the columns into the correct order. Export that as CSV again, and the fields will be in the order you set.
