HOW TO Fix Facebook

1 Get the app

Facebook’s constant tinkering with our newsfeed drives us mad. We make it less annoying with Social Fixer. It’s essentially a tweaking tool for your Facebook feed and it’s available for all the main browsers.

2 Adjust the options

Once installed, Social Fixer appears as a wrench icon at the top right of your page. Clicking it brings up the options, of which there are many. But, it’s all straightforward and each option is explained clearly.

3 Get on with it

It doesn’t look dramatically different, we know, but this version of our feed is in the order we want it, and we’ve removed almost everything that annoys us about Facebook, such as sponsored posts.
