Do I need the protection?

Your article on VPNs (issue 186) was good but missed one thing. Do I really need a VPN? I’m only using my Apple devices at home with my own router. Thanks, and I love Mac|Life!

Funnily enough, that question is answered at the bottom of page 23 — "When should I use a VPN?". A VPN is good for anyone really — it can help protect your privacy and get around geographic restrictions.
