What about iTunes Match?

iTunes Match is still going — for the time being, at least — but it’s been absorbed by Apple Music: if you have a paid Apple Music subscription then you have iCloud Music Library, which does what iTunes Match does. It’s important to note that unlike purchased or ripped music, Apple Music downloads aren’t yours forever: you can only access them for as long as you have an Apple Music subscription and they’re available on the service.
