Export your clips to suit social media requirements

In our last three steps, we demonstrated how to create a vertical project and crop horizontal footage so that it fills the vertical frame. To share your edited project so that it can be viewed on a social media site, click Export & Share. Click a tab such as Instagram. Click the various preset shapes to preview how your clip will look (again, this ensures you avoid adding back bars to the edge of a frame). Choose a smaller HD preset such as 720x1280 for a file that’s easier to upload. Then choose a quality setting and click Save.
