Spring art ex­hi­bi­tion

There are still a few days left be­fore the end of the An­nual Spring Ex­hi­bi­tion held by the Pem­ber­ton Arts Group.

Be sure to check out the award-win­ning works which in­clude Jill Halden’s en­cour­age­ment award-win­ning piece and Lyn­ley Lally’s Cu­ra­tor’s Award and the Shire of Man­jimup Prize art­work.

Other award win­ners in­clude Mar­ion Nel­son’s Tree­house Tapas and Wine for con­tem­po­rary work award and Suzanne Fel­lows’ piece which won the For­est Prize.

Jonezy’s Cafe Prize was awarded to Sarah Bon­dini and the LJ Hooker Pem­ber­ton/Man­jimup Prize went to Lesley Cur­tis.

The Phil and Wendy French Art Prize was given to Chris­tine Blow­field and the Pem­ber­ton Best Western Ho­tel Ac­quis­i­tive to Anna Cz­erka­sow.

Mona and Torsten Ke­telsen Artis­tic Merit Award was awarded to Mark Grey-Smith, and their Art Prize, also the big­gest award of the night, went to Car­men McFaull.

So far 19 works have been sold, and the ex­hi­bi­tion ends at 5pm on Oc­to­ber 6.
