Living life without barriers
Life Without Barriers provides disability services in Manjimup and has moved offices to the Manjimup Community Resource Centre.
The organisation supports people with physical and intellectual disabilities to live their best life.
Within the community it supports 21 clients and employs seven support workers, in an area bordered by Wal- pole, Northcliffe, Nannup and Green- bushes.
It offers help with budgeting, dayto-day living, independence at home and also help with integrating clients into the community.
Coordinator Donna Masters described the organisation as creative.
“We always find a creative way to make things happen so the clients get the very best we can offer,” she said.
The organisation works with the Disability Services Commission to help clients with national funding and also works and shares an office at the Community Resource Centre with Joblife Employment, who help people with a disability find enjoyable, sustainable work, as well as working with local employers to help them find great candidates.
