Ridgee Didge en­gines on dis­play

LOVERS of old time en­gines and vin­tage dis­plays will be head­ing to ‘Ridgee Didge Vil­lage’ on the weekend of March 8 and 9 for a two day rally.

Or­gan­ised by the Warby En­gine Club, the Ridgee Didge Rally will fea­ture a num­ber of work­ing and static dis­plays of en­gines, vin­tage ve­hi­cles and me­mora­bilia, plus a work­ing drag­saw dis­play.

The event is be­ing hosted by Rus­sell Jones at his property on the cor­ner of Oliv­ers and Al­dous roads, just a few kilo­me­tres out of Mans­field on the Satur­day and Sun­day of the March long weekend.

In ad­di­tion to var­i­ous dis­plays, there will be on-site cater­ing, mar­ket stalls, and free face paint­ing for the kids.

The dis­play will be open from 9.30am to 5pm both days, and en­trance is by gold coin do­na­tion, with chil­dren un­der 16 free.
