Ridgee Didge engines on display
LOVERS of old time engines and vintage displays will be heading to ‘Ridgee Didge Village’ on the weekend of March 8 and 9 for a two day rally.
Organised by the Warby Engine Club, the Ridgee Didge Rally will feature a number of working and static displays of engines, vintage vehicles and memorabilia, plus a working dragsaw display.
The event is being hosted by Russell Jones at his property on the corner of Olivers and Aldous roads, just a few kilometres out of Mansfield on the Saturday and Sunday of the March long weekend.
In addition to various displays, there will be on-site catering, market stalls, and free face painting for the kids.
The display will be open from 9.30am to 5pm both days, and entrance is by gold coin donation, with children under 16 free.
For any enquiries, contact club secretary George Bennett on 57270250.
So come along for some real old time ridgee didge history and fun.
