Men prepare for big round of pennant
A BUSY week on the course for Mansfield men’s golf sees the highlight being the Saturday Sue and Bill Parsons trophy.
Tuesday was a Par event, with the winner S Oleskowsi (handicap 19) result +6, and runner up Luarie Harcus (18) +5.
Thursday’s Stableford in division one went to G Payne (13) 41 points and runner up David Octigan (13) 41 points, while in division two the winner was J Hayes (28) 44 points and runner up K Kier (24) 40 points.
Saturday’s Four Ball Best Ball with trophy donated by Bill and Sue Parsons, the winners were: father and son C Farriciello and T Farriciello 48 points; family winners D Sheahan and D Sheahan 48 points; and daily competition winners S Nolan and S Bailey 48 points.
Runners up C Farriciello and T Farriciello 48 points, and third place D Sheahan and D Sheahan 48 points.
