Young pho­to­graphic skills on show

BUD­DING young Mans­field pho­tog­ra­phers un­veiled their artis­tic skills on Sun­day at the launch of the ‘All About Me’ ex­hi­bi­tion cur­rently be­ing held at The Noo­dle House in High Street.

Or­gan­ised by Mans­field Com­mu­nity Fund (MCF), this is the third such show they have run, fol­low­ing on from the very suc­cess­ful men’s and women’s ex­hi­bi­tions in the pre­vi­ous two years.

There were 19 chil­dren who par­tic­i­pated in two work­shops with lo­cal pho­tog­ra­pher Bil­lie Leatham, cul­mi­nat­ing in hav­ing two photos mounted and dis­played at The Noo­dle House.

All photos were up for sale at $25 each, and at the Sun­day launch, there was a rush of par­ents ea­ger to snap up their child’s work.

All About Me is cur­rently on show at The Noo­dle House in High Street un­til Novem­ber 30.
