Busy week on the green for golfers

Tuesday had 23 players contesting a stableford event.
The winner was Peter Vallance (8) with a score of 40 points from Peter Dolling (21) with 39 points.
Ball rundown went to 35 points on a countback.
Nearest the pin on the third was Steve McMahon, on the seventh was Peter Vallance and on the ninth it was Gary Henry.
Thursday’s event saw a souls fronting the starter for the regular Stableford event with some fantastic scores being returned.

The winner of Division One was Brad Grant (9) with a score of 41 points from Chris Leaman (15) with 38 points.

The Gold event winner was again Keith Millott (33) with 44 points.
There were two rabbits for the day, being Gary Johnson and Shaun Wade.

Saturday’s event saw played in conjunction with a Stableford event, with 59 players out and about.
The winner of Division One was Shaun Wade (9) with a great 45 points (parred the course) from Peter Vallance (8) with 42 points.
Peter also shot his age on the day.
