THE Anglican Parish of Mansfield (St John’s) invites you to Boxwood Park, 323 Howes Creek Road to enjoy the garden, house and views.

The garden and views will be open for viewing on April 7 from 2pm until 4.30pm.

There will be a guest speaker, music and a Devonshire tea for only $20 per person.

It will be the first ever viewing of the garden at Boxwood Park. The garden was designed by Andrew Laidlaw of ABC Gardening Talkback fame and landscaper at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Melbourne.

The garden design was implemented by landscaper Jeremy Tuxen, who will be present to talk about the design and development of the garden. The house was filmed for Grand Designs Australia and shown on Foxtel in October 2012, and more recently on ABC TV.

It was designed by Eli Gianinni of MGS Architects, Melbourne, around an indoor-outdoor theme. The builder - Paul Spinks from Profile Development – along with designers and landscapers, have created an outstanding view in a district of natural beauty.

This greenfield development is a total package.

The garden complements the house and the house sits well in the landscape.

Note that the house will not be open for inspection. Tickets will be available at Country Tales Book Store, 53 High Street, Mansfield.

OPEN GARDEN: This Howes Creek property was featured on an episode of Grand Designs Australia. The garden will be open for viewing on April 7.
