St Mary’s say no to bullying
ST Mary’s hosted an early celebration of Bullying No Way National Day of Action on Thursday, February 28.
Class-based lessons, as well as a pop up radio (featuring anti-bullying songs), and a performance by Meerkat titled ‘Bully Bull Ring’ were only some of the activities students participated in on the day.
School performing arts and well-being leaders, who ran events on the day, highlighted that every day should be a day of action against bullying and provided some key strategies such as seeking help and standing up for others.
