Novem­ber 9: 9pm- 1am. It’s Targa week­end in Mans­field and DJ Tyler Palmer is at the Mans­field Ho­tel from Melb for a big night of danc­ing.

Novem­ber 14: Friends of the Great Vic­to­rian Rail Trail monthly meet­ing at Up2Us, 24 Highett St, Mans­field at 3:00pm. A com­mu­nity group work­ing to­wards the de­vel­op­ment and pro­mo­tion of the rail trail to in­crease its eco­nomic ben­e­fit to the lo­cal com­mu­nity.

Novem­ber 16: Mans­field 130th An­nual Show. Fun for the whole fam­ily – with some­thing for all ages, in­ter­ests and abil­i­ties. From lego to Leghorns, cakes to colour­ing, there is a dis­play that you will love. At the Mans­field Show­grounds.

Novem­ber 17: 7 PM – 10 PM. The Lords and Ladies, Mas­ters and Mistresses are seated at long ban­quet­ing ta­bles, and are pro­vided with a bib, bear­ing a false name, the iden­tity of which is as­sumed through­out the evening. It’s all part of the fun here at Dirty Dick’s where you can re-live the grand old days of Merry Eng­land – es­capism at its best! So, cast off your wor­ries, for­get your day to day woes for a while AND Come and en­joy your­self with a won­der­ful night of mirth and mer­ri­ment at Dirty Dick’s.

Novem­ber 21: 7pm. At the De­latite Ho­tel. An­other great night of Trivia fun - rais­ing money for the Mans­field Swim­ming Club at the start of their sea­son. Kitchen open for din­ner from 6pm. Novem­ber 23: 11am-8pm. The Lake Eil­don Fes­ti­val is the of­fi­cial open­ing of the wa­ter sport sea­son by cel­e­brat­ing with an ac­tion packed week­end fo­cused around all things wa­ter at Bon­nie Doon, Goughs Bay and Jamieson. There will be some­thing for ev­ery­one, with demon­stra­tions by big name wake­board riders and wa­ter skiers, a boat expo, pad­dle board and kayak­ing dis­plays, twi­light market, fire­works, food, gold­pan­ning, mu­sic and safe boat­ing prac­tices by the CFA. Satur­day night will see a spec­tac­u­lar fire­works dis­play on the lake at Bon­nie Doon. Find out more on the Lake Eil­don Fes­ti­val web­site.
