ARIES AND ARIES RISING

For the honest yet impatient Ram, the year looks stable on the home and family front

LOVE AND RELATIONSHIPS

Are you ready for an upgrade? Whether it’s getting clear on your non-negotiables, renewing your vows or starting over, 2024 is a significant moment in your life’s love story.

There’s a sense of renewed commitment to what you need around the solar eclipse on April 9. With a cathartic quality to the overall vibe, look for situations and opportunities that somehow make cosmic compost out of an old wound. If you look for it, you’ll find a way to heal scar tissue you’ve been carrying around for quite some time.

By October, clarity abounds around exactly who is worthy of your time – and who isn’t! Codependent patterns (or people) will hit the kerb, when the final eclipse (October 3) encourages you to let it go … for good.

At the end of the year, the Mars retrograde (from December 7 until February) brings with it opportunity to reassess what you need on a purely physical level. Be prepared for a potentially hot summer.

FAMILY AND HOME

As you reframe what it is you want, need and expect in your intimate relationships, the knock-on effect will shake things up on the home front too. When you’re more assertive, you can’t help but ruffle a few feathers – especially with the people who have known you the longest (hi Mum!).

Despite the growing pains, overall the year looks reasonably stable on the home and family front. If you’re feeling stretched between work commitments and family expectations, the full moon on July 21 could help illuminate a pragmatic solution.

When Venus moves into Cancer (from June 17 to

July 11), home and family life looks especially sweet. It’s the perfect time to visit a childhood holiday destination, reconnect with extended family or book in a staycation.

CAREER AND MONEY

Feeling flush? Whether you’re celebrating a bonus or are just really in the mood to shop (no judgement!), there’s something decidedly bougie about the first five months of 2024.

For Aries who have been thinking about asking for a pay rise, the period between April 7 and May 13 looks especially promising. It’s a strong “anything-could-happen” energy that could put you in a job interview where you list an almost laughable salary expectation – and actually get it.

Keep your eyes peeled for power plays and surprise revelations on the job between September 2 and

November 2, as Pluto takes its final steps through your career sector.

HEALTH AND WELLBEING

What would happen if you approached your mental health the same way you approached your physical fitness? With Saturn continuing to float through Pisces all year, prioritising your emotional wellbeing rather than solely focusing on your cardio fitness will be time well spent this year.

Later in the year, the lunar eclipse that occurs on September 18 highlights all the ways you need to let go and relinquish control over what you think is the “right” way to eat/move/rest. Perfectionists take note! Events and complications that highlight the need for you to micromanage your day-to-day (including food, exercise and your overall schedule) will arise. There’s a lesson to be learnt here, so take note the first time it pops up or prepare to keep getting dealt the same cards.
