Cricket is even better with pink stumps
IT’S almost summer and cricket season is here again.
Whether you’re a backyard batter, club cricketer or school smasher – the McGrath Foundation is calling on Aussies to grab their mates and pink up their cricket game by registering to host a Pink Stumps Day this season.
Pink Stumps Day is the McGrath Foundation’s largest community fundraising campaign where cricket clubs and teams, workplaces, schools and backyard players across the nation turn their cricket game pink to fundraise for the McGrath Foundation.
Pink Stumps Day plays a vital fundraising role to help achieve the Foundation’s mission of ensuring every family affected by breast cancer has access to a free McGrath Breast Care Nurse, no matter where they live or their financial situation.
While the official Pink Stumps Day is February 16, 2019, communities can hold their own event at any time by registering at pinkstumpsday.com.au/.
Everyone who registers for Pink Stumps Day will receive everything they need to Pink Up their event.
