RE: Bill Glasson’s letter

Maroochy Weekly - - LIFE / COMMUNITY DIARY -

EACH week I look forward to when the paper arrives.

The other week (Letters, November 22) I read an article written by Bill Glasson from Buderim.

He has some interesting comments on our Mayor Mark Jamieson.

I have lived at Marcoola for 32 years. When we arrived our area was known as sleepy hollow.

Not any more.

He okayed the helicopter training which goes on for hours at night circuit bashing.

As for the new runaway at the airport, the residents will be thrilled at the thought of new flights arriving 24/7.

The traffic problems are bad enough now but with the growth of properties, access to David Low Way will be near impossible.

The building up of properties in flood-prone areas and Sekisui and closing of open council meetings, does Mr Glasson agree with those?

Maybe if he lived here he change his mind.
