INSTALLING THE GPU WATERBLOCK
ATTACHING WATERBLOCKS to graphics cards is daunting, just follow the included instructions, and you’ll be done in no time. Take it easy, bone up on where you need to apply your thermal paste, make sure you’ve covered all your memory chips and VRMs with thermal pads as indicated, and you’re on to a winner. The biggest problem is removing the attached cooler. Word of warning: You will void the warranty by removing it. However, the waterblocks are sealed, and the only potential place for a leak is at the G1/4 threads for the fittings. Blocks aside, our problem was how to set up our SLI config. We split the cards a bit further apart to get a prettier water-cooling bridge between them.
