THE de­light­ful, sassy Poppy Cherry and her troupe of Mai­son Bur­lesque dancers are com­ing back to Heath­cote to strut their stuff dur­ing the three-day Queen’s Birth­day fes­ti­val.

Her show Bur­lesque De Vine wowed sell-out au­di­ences at the Toolleen Hotel last year and this time around the cur­tains will open at the Sil­ver Spoon Es­tate at Mt Camel, which has again sold out.

The in­ti­mate Taste of Win­ter In Paris show will be held in a spe­cial mar­quee erected for the one-night-only per­for­mance on Sun­day, June 10. Bur­lesque artists Jane Doe and Canada’s Maple Rose will join host­ess and MC Poppy Cherry and guests can wine and dine with a deca­dent four cour­ses of French cui­sine with match­ing wines. And there’s more.

Mu­nari Wines is also get­ting into the act with its Mid-Win­ters Night show. They have as­sem­bled a line-up of mu­si­cal acts in­clud­ing Busy King­dom, Rock-Reg­gae band Del Santo and In­die rock­ers Izzy Losi and The Au­r­a­cles.

The pow­er­house fe­male vo­cal­ist, song­writer front woman and pi­anist Izzy Losi and her band The Au­r­a­cles re­ceived rave re­views for their sopho­more EP The Only Con­stant is Change in 2017 and more re­cently with sin­gle A Lit­tle Too Close.

It’s all hap­pen­ing on Satur­day, June 9 from 6.30pm, with beer and wine at the ready and food avail­able from Soul M8’s Food Truck.

The Heath­cote Sup­per Club presents wine, food and film and a spe­cial view­ing of The Somm at the High Street RSL on Satur­day, June 9 at 6pm. Flynn’s Wines will again be hold­ing its sig­na­ture Shanks and Shi­raz lunch with live mu­sic on Satur­day and Sun­day and lunch and din­ner heads the bill at The Heath­cote Inn with live mu­sic on Sun­day af­ter­noon.

The Shi­raz Repub­lic win­ery and brew­ery is your one-stop-shop for great wines and craft beer as well as live mu­sic, a burger bar, open fires and a pool table.
