It’s a big high five for Todd Property

McIvor Times - - NEWS -

IT’S double the festivities at Todd Property this December, with the realestate agency celebrating its fifth birthday.

Owner and director Brad Todd, who has worked locally in the industry since 2005, says the time has gone quickly.

“The community has been a huge part of our success,” he said.

“I did work for another agency in town before going back to Bendigo. But I missed Heathcote and the people, so I came back to open Todd Property. I’d like to say thank you to everyone who has supported us”.

In a semi-rural town of 3000 residents, Mr Todd said the agency’s success could be attributed to his team — property manager Kristy Webster and sales representative Barbara Walker-Donnelly.

“Without them, Todd Property would not be nearly so successful,” he said.

Over 15 years, Mr Todd said that he had seen the local property market shift in a positive way.

“The next five years will be really exciting for Heathcote,” he said. “Property prices have increased significantly, and there is a sense that the town is being discovered.’’

This, he believes, is testament to the many years, if not generations, of hard work by community members, business owners and wine growers.

“People from out of town are telling me that there is a real buzz about Heathcote,” Mr Todd said. “They can see the town is going ahead and want to get into the property market early. Heathcote could be the next Castlemaine or Trentham”.

Kristy Webster, Brad Todd and Barbara WalkerDonnelly were really getting into Todd Property’s fifth birthday celebrations — especially with the arrival of the birthday cake to mark the milestone occasion for a local business.
