A lot of people believe they will go to heaven today because they have done enough good works to make it there. However. , the bible makes it very clear : sin excludes people from heaven. And no amount of good works can help us pay for our sins. Because God is so gracious and loving ,He has made salvation possible as a free gift through faith in Jesus.

The bible says in Ephesians 1:7—10 . In Him we have redemption through His blood ,the forgiveness of our trespasses. according to the riches of His graces, which He lavished upon us, in all wisdom and insight making known to us the mystery of His will according to His purpose, which He set forth in Christ as a plan for the fullness of time, to unite all things in heaven and things on earth.

Throughout history, there have been attempts to limit God’s grace to certain people groups or to place some people outside the possibility of salvation. The bible contradicts this sort of thinking in the strongest language possible . When John sees a vision of people in heaven , here is how describes its.

I looked and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and languages standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands , crying with a Loud voice’. Salvation belongs to our God who sits upon the throne and to the Lamb. Revelation 7: 9–10 Kenneth Gently.
