GIOR­GIO ANGELÉ be­gan his train­ing in Rome at the ripe age of 10. In 1956, he came to Aus­tralia with the Ital­ian Olympic team as a Pastr y Chef. Af­ter work­ing a few years he mi­grated to Aus­tralia per­ma­nently and has been in­volved in the in­dustr y ever since. He later ac­quired Brunetti where you can still find him in the kitchen bak­ing de­li­cious Euro­pean-style sweets and desserts. Brunetti is a Mel­bourne food in­sti­tu­tion and with ex­pan­sion across the city and in­ter­na­tional lo­ca­tions, Mel­bourne Air­port is ver y lucky to have them sit­u­ated in the newly built T4 Do­mes­tic Ter­mi­nal.
