I am loving discovering some amazing experiences in regional Tasmania. I got a complete and very happy shock to find Mrs Jones in Devonport and Letterbox in Penguin in the North West on my way to Mt Gnomon Farm.

So many – often your emotional state is as important as the food itself. Is it dressed to the nines, having donuts and coffee on Fifth Avenue on a cold October morning with my husband in New York City? Or is it fish’n’chips in Dunalley with friends after a camping trip? Both magic.
