THIS character home operates as one of the region’s premier bed and breakfast tourism ventures.

The original home dates from 1850, took on its current form in 1890 and has been upgraded since, becoming ab&boperation in 1991.

Located at the southern end of the town opposite thehuonriver and esplanade, it is within an easy walk of restaurants, shops, the marina and thewoodenboat centre.

The property comes almost fully furnished in a way that reflects its style and era. Most of the interior has been sympathetically redecorated over the past few years but it retainsmanyoriginal features such as pressed tin ceilings and Tasmanian oak floorboards as well as timber window frames, doors, architraves and skirting boards.
