Yesterday morning at Wynyard, the Governor of Tasmania, Professor Kate Warner, and Mr Warner began an official visit to the Municipality of WaratahWynyard with a visit to the Table Cape Tulip Farm, followed by a tour of the Warawyn Early Learning Centre. Later they attended a Civic Reception hosted by the Municipality of WaratahWynyard followed by a tour of the manufacturing facilities at Elphinstone Pty Ltd. In the afternoon, they toured the Fonterra facility followed by a visit to the Wynyard Bowls Club to view the recently upgraded facilities. Later they visited the Table Cape Lighthouse and viewed exhibits at the Wonders of Wynyard Exhibition Centre.
