THERE needs to be more importance put on and discussion about the imminent sale of the K&D warehouse site in central Hobart. What a great opportunity it would be for the Government to purchase and develop as a green area and parkland for the future. Unsympathetic alternatives may be takeover by the University of Tasmania or a developer such as the Fragrance Group.
