Send out a welcome party

WE could be like Greenoch in Scotland. We just visited there on a cruise ship and the pensioners greeted us. They have to do a certain amount of voluntary community service to be eligible for their pension. Good idea No 1. No 2 good idea was that the city made available three buses and they transported as many tourists from the ship as they could with a guide from the city to tell us some history of the place. The tour went for two hours and all they asked for was a donation for the driver or the bus. People were very willing to give because the tour was very informative and a joy. Come on Hobart, we could do this with the amount of ships visiting?
