Eight-hour toi­let stop

A PAS­SEN­GER aboard a Pak­istani air­liner couldn’t hold it in be­fore take­off in the UK, so she scur­ried to the toi­let, but ac­ci­den­tally opened the emer­gency exit door – caus­ing the slide to de­ploy, ac­cord­ing to The New York Times.

Pak­istan In­ter­na­tional Air­lines Flight 702, which was pre­pared for depar­ture from Manch­ester to Islamabad, ended up be­ing de­layed by al­most eight hours.

The woman, who ig­nored the seat­belt signs, mis­tak­enly opened the door at the rear of the plane.
