A FORCETT man says he’ll fight serious animal cruelty allegations dating back to Christmas – without a lawyer.

Jethro Arthur Anthony Millar faced the Hobart Magistrates Court yesterday charged with one count of aggravated cruelty to animals likely to result in death, deformity or serious disablement and one count of failure to comply with instruction. Mr Webster adjourned the case until January 30.
