THE fi­nal week of spring in Tas­ma­nia will be marked by more grey skies and show­ers.

The Bureau of Me­te­o­rol­ogy says a cold front will cross the state late this evening and an­other is due on Thurs­day.

Ho­bart is ex­pected to reach a max­i­mum tem­per­a­ture of 24C to­day, with a late shower or two.

The max­i­mum will drop to 17C to­mor­row with a morn­ing shower or two.

Wed­nes­day will be a cloudy day with a max­i­mum of 20C.

A shower or two is fore­cast for the re­main­der of the week.

Launce­s­ton is set for a max­i­mum of 23C to­day, with a shower or two and Burnie will reach a max­i­mum of 20C, also with a shower or two.

Queen­stown will reach a max­i­mum of 18C to­day, with show­ers fore­cast for the rest of the week.
