Water rules offend

Mercury (Hobart) - - LETTERS -

Now we are required to pay for our consumed water, I find it offensive to have restrictions imposed upon us and suggest poor forward planning and poor management by TasWater is to blame for the current shortage. Keith Lello Glenorchy
