Change of heart

IT must be very heartwarming for the family of Teddy Sheean to see the groundswell of public support for him to be awarded a posthumous VC for his gallant and unfortunately fatal action in WWII. Hopefully Prime Minister Morrison and Defence Minister Reynolds will have a change of heart and reverse their decision, a decision that went against the Defence Honours and Awards Appeals Tribunal recommendation to make the award.
