MAYBE if our Premier would like to increase his somewhat poor green credentials, he could consider legislating, instructing, or whatever is required, Aurora, to allow those owning, or future purchasers of electric vehicles, to access the Hydro Heat Tarif.

This would be an incentive for those wishing to get out of greenhouse-gas emitting vehicles into cleaner ones. I’m not an electrician, but I understand this would also allow home chargers to access a higher rate of charge. Also with a greater take up of EVs the need for much more power locally may make the need for the Marinus Cable unnecessary.
