TAX ATTACK

So, the Tasmanian Liberal government is boasting about its financial performance in its latest budget. One of the big sources of its revenue is in stamp duty paid on exploding house prices. Just another form of taxation. No real creation of wealth but just passing the debt from government to the people. Nothing to boast about there. Graham Reeve
