TREAD CAREFULLY

My 2011 Kia Cerato has only 14,000km and is on its original tyres. Is it time to replace them? What brand would you recommend?

Only 1400km per year Peter? That Cerato’s having an easy life. Although your tyres probably have lots of tread, it’s high time you replaced them. Most tyre brands suggest having them annually inspected after five years, and ten years is the longest before replacing. Old tyres can degrade, lose flexibility, crack and suffer dry rot.
