EXTRA $50M FOR COVID-HIT FIRMS

AN extra $50m will be pumped into a package aimed to support Tasmanian businesses hit by pandemic shutdowns.

The joint federal and state government package will issue grants of up to $50,000 for eligible businesses in each round of two rounds of funding. State fees and taxes will also be waived.
