Hung up on mobile plans

ALMOST a third of Aussies don’t think they’re getting a good deal with their mobile phone provider, new research has found. The survey of 863 Australian­s with a mobile phone plan by comparison website Finder revealed 29 per cent were unhappy with their provider. Customers who weren’t satisfied with their provider were spending $252 more per year than happy customers on average.
