Cousins poised for Brownlow return

FALLEN star Ben Cousins could take a gigantic public step on Sunday night and attend his first Brownlow Medal count since he retired in 2010.

The Eagles premiership hero, who has had a long and public battle with drug addiction, has indicated to several people that he would like to go to the count at Perth Stadium. But several sources on Thursday night said he was still weighing up whether he would accept his standing invitation to the ceremony, having won the medal in 2005.
