BAY PLANS GO PUBLIC

THE Clarence City Council is seeking public feedback on its Kangaroo Bay Boulevard project, with the development application set to be advertised from Saturday.

The proposal includes space for shops, restaurants and a range of residential options, including apartments and townhouses.

The development is proposed for along Kangaroo Bay Drive opposite the

Kangaroo Bay Parklands. The development has been described as a “keystone project to help invigorate the waterfront”.

The Clarence Council has extended the time available to review the plan from 14 days to 21 days to ensure more residents can review the plans.

It can be viewed until October 11 and can be found on the council’s website.
