What an appalling revelation by the Department of Education that as many as 4300 students have been suspended for bad behaviour during the last two terms.

The Labor Party spokesmen seemed to indicate that the cause of this increase was down to the “appalling” lack of supply of school psychologists, social workers and speech pathologists.

I wonder why no mention was made of parental responsibilities. Bob Frost
