STAYING SUSTAINABLE
I have no connection with fish farming, but feel that some of the criticism of the industry may be overstated.
For example, what is wrong with taking poultry offcuts (the bits we choose not to eat) and turning them into fish food?
This strikes me as a desirable and sustainable practice.
Or would you rather the offcuts were sent to rot in landfill?
