½ tsp ground cardamom
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper 1 spray olive oil
¼ cup walnuts
1 tsp honey
2 tsp rice bran oil
1 small onion, coarsely chopped
2 garlic cloves, sliced
¾ cup vegetable stock (liquid)
1 ¾ cups water
cup low-fat Greek yoghurt, to serve 2 tbsp coriander, coarsely chopped, to serve
