IT’S time for Hobart to announce our magnificent waterway south of the Tasman Bridge is definitely a harbour! If you have any doubts, just ask the whale with calf off Sandy Bay Beach on Sunday morning frolicking in the sun. If that’s not proof enough, this area of magnificent world-class waterway is Hobart Harbour, not a river, ask Mother Nature. I notice name changes taking place everywhere in Tasmania so what’s the problem with Hobart Harbour.
