NO TIME TO BE SHY FOR BOND GIRL KATE

- NADIA SALEMME

THE Duchess of Cambridge appeared to take fashion inspiration from James Bond films – specifically 1964’s Goldfinger – at the world premiere of the longdelayed 007 film No Time To Die.

Kate dazzled at London’s Royal Albert Hall in a glitzy and plunging golden gown, prompting US Vogue to ask: “Is that a Bond girl or Kate Middleton we see?”

The royals have a long history of attending Bond premieres, including Princess Diana who wore a sequined gown to the 1981 premiere of For Your Eyes Only.

Kate and husband Prince William joined Prince Charles and Camilla on the red carpet for the much-anticipated premiere of Daniel Craig’s fifth and final outing as Bond.

Craig added to the night’s glamour by swapping 007’s traditional black dinner jacket for a pink tuxedo.
