NICK Croydon says you should always judge a book by its cover.
The boss of Australia’s largest bookseller says a well-designed and engaging cover can mean the difference between a best seller and a publishing flop.
The English-born chief executive took the reins of book retailer QBD in 2016 and quickly expanded it to more than 80 outlets around the country.
