MURDER REVIEW

-

MR Ellis has always been a very competent barrister. Unfortunately, he seems to have missed the point of this recent debate. Can he have read the Etter/Selby papers? These papers raise new material, which is the very point of releasing them. They contain material that should have been before the court, but was not. Allegedly some facts were known by some, but not brought to the notice of the DPP or the defence at a useful time. Emails demonstrating this were released to Etter/Selby under RTI. As for the luminol results, like gold, all that glitters is not blood and the forensic officer should have said so. The jury should have heard this.

Many of the Sue supporters attended the trial and subsequent court hearings. Others have read and studied the transcript and CCA and HCA decisions closely. We are not fools.
